Returns

Duchamp online offers the same returns policy as our Retail stores. Please retain your receipt and fill in the Returns Form attached to your delivery.

We are happy to issue a full refund upon receipt or alternatively, we will exchange the items for you.

Return the products to us, in their original packaging with the labels intact and in perfect condition, within 14 days of the purchase date and with your proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Do not return products in soft packaging such as envelopes or Jiffy bags as this may damage the original packaging in transit. Overseas Customers please return your items by UPS only.

We will not accept any returns from CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU if Duty Charges were not paid by the customer on receipt of goods.

We will not refund the original postage charge unless the items received are faulty or damaged.

We only refund postage for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Please allow 10 days for refunds to be credited to your account once processed.

If no proof of purchase is produced, refund or exchange will be at the last known selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

As stated above, please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

PLEASE NOTE Duchamp stores cannot issue refunds for items bought via the website

For exchanges or refunds please return to the address below, we advise all customers to return any items to us obtaining proof of postage or by "signed for" delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. Please ensure you include your contact details:
